- the park and the homes. Residents can be assured of not only living
on one of the loveliest parks in the country, but in having the
high standards maintained. The park is a member of two industry
associations and the Gold Shield Ten Year Warranty Scheme on every
home further covers residents.
All our parks have been developed to an exceptionally high standard,
for the retired or semi-retired. All homes are detached with landscaped
gardens, car parking and new garden shed included in the price.
The homes can be fully or only part furnished and built to your
very own specification, so as to make every home individual.
All homes are built to Park Homes BS3632 specifications and are
covered by the Gold Shield Ten Year Warranty Scheme. Full Security
of Tenure and other extensive rights are given under the Mobile
Homes Government Act of 1983.
The price of a Park Home is considerably lower than the price one
would expect to pay for a traditional bungalow of similar size in
the same area. A further advantage is that it is easy to maintain
and economical to run.
High Specification Homes
All our parks have been specifically planned for twin unit park
homes. Various lengths of homes are available - 32', 36', 38’,
40’, 42’ and 45' long - all by 20' wide. Residents buying
a home on the park are able to choose from a variety of different
homes. Every home is manufactured to the highest standard and comes
complete with all carpets, curtains, furniture, central heating,
uPVC double-glazed windows and high spec. kitchen as standard. You
can also have your home built to your specification.
